Can I remarry the same person after we get a divorce? The answer is yes. That being said, if you decide to divorce later on, you have to go through the entire process again of filing, waiting the 60 days, etc. So be careful if you decide that you do want to remarry the same person. Perhaps try getting a prenup instead this time to protect your assets and debts and to keep the costs down if it doesn’t work out in the end.
