LEARN WITH A LAWYER - NEVER INTERRUPT YOUR OPPONENT WHEN THEY ARE MAKING A MISTAKE.

Brandan Davies Sept. 23, 2020

Never interrupt your opponent when they are making a mistake. Now this is clear in the legal realm because there are usually two sides to every legal case, or multiple sides to every legal case. You are going to have the opportunity to watch the other side make positive moves in their case and make negative moves in their case. It is crucial that whenever you see that a person or the opponent is making a negative move, they are doing something to hurt their case, don’t interrupt them. If you interrupt them during their mistake they may reevaluate, they may change their position, and they may correct their mistake. This also goes with your life outside of the legal profession, if you have an opponent whether it be a competitive business, or someone else working against you, if they are making a mistake let them make the mistake, that way you can capitalize on it later.
