Learn with a Lawyer - Lawyers must be able to explain complicated things in a simple manner.
If a professional can not explain something that is very complicated to you in a simple manner, then they probably don’t know it well enough. This is a task that most lawyers are faced with every day. Taking something very complicated and explaining it to someone who doesn’t have the knowledge base that the lawyer does. This can happen with a client when you are talking with them, trying to explain to them how their case is going or what might be coming up. It can also have to do with trying to explain your legal position to a judge or a jury. You must be able to effectively communicate complicated things to people who don’t have the same knowledge base that you do.
