Ask for help, no one is perfect if you don’t understand something or need assistance reach out and make sure you are getting the help you need. Asking for help doesn’t make you weak if anything it will teach you a skill, so you don’t have to ask again. This is also true in emotional aspects as well, if you’re struggling with something especially depression or anxiety or even self-harm. Make sure that you ask for help and get what you need instead of struggling with it on your own.
