CRASH ALERT: TWO INJURED IN U.S 50 REAR-END ACCIDENT

KANSAS CITY, MO - Two people were injured in an early morning rear-end accident on Tuesday. The collision occurred at around 5:10 a.m. on U.S Route 50 near Route FF.

56-year-old Paul Wilbern was traveling westbound on U.S 50 when he crashed into the back of another vehicle driven by 61-year-old Kathleen Frazon. The collision's impact sent both cars off the right side of the roadway and caused them to flip over.

Both Wilbern and Frazon sustained injuries in the collision. Emergency responders transported Wilbern to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries. Frazon suffered critical injuries and was taken to Research Medical Center.
