CRASH ALERT: REAR-END ACCIDENT CAUSES ROLLOVER IN CENTERVIEW

CENTERVIEW, MO - A 61-year-old woman was injured in a rear-end accident in Centerview yesterday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the collision occurred at the intersection of U.S. Route 50 and State Route 58 at around 2:15 p.m. 

25-year-old Destiny Valluzzi was traveling west on U.S Route 50 in a 2000 GMC when she rear-ended the 2002 Chevrolet Blazer in front of her. The impact of the collision caused the Chevrolet to flip and land on its roof. 

The Chevrolet's 61-year-old driver, Carolyn McDonald of Centerview, suffered injuries in the accident and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment. 

Both vehicles sustained significant damage and had to be towed from the scene.
