Roth Davies, LLC Media Aug. 13, 2020

KANSAS CITY, MO - A four-vehicle crash left four people injured on Saturday afternoon. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the incident was reported at around 5:40 p.m. and occurred at the intersection of I-35 and I-435.

According to the report, a 2017 Kia Sportage was traveling northbound on I-35 when the vehicle got a flat tire. The 52-year-old driver of the Kia pulled over on the side of the road. A 2012 Chevrolet Impala struck the back of the stopped Kia. A 2008 Ford Focus then struck the Impala.

The impact of that collision pulled the bumper of the Focus off and into the roadway where a 2011 Mini Cooper struck it.

The driver of Kia, the driver and passenger of the Impala, and the Ford Focus driver were all injured in the collisions. Emergency responders transported the patients to a local hospital for treatment. The extent of the injuries sustained in the crash is unknown at this time.
