Section 3-9-E-4 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
Disorderly conduct is, with knowledge or probable cause to believe that such acts will alarm, anger or disturb others or provoke an assault or other breach of the peace:
Engaging in brawling or fighting; or
Disturbing an assembly, meeting or procession, not unlawful in its character; or
Using offensive, obscene or abusive language or engaging in noisy conduct tending reasonably to arouse alarm, anger or resentment in others.
Violation of this Section shall constitute a public offense and is punishable as set forth in Article 3-9-J of this Chapter.

*Class C Violations are punishable by up to 30 days in the Johnson County Jail, however, most Class C Violations are eligible for probation
