CRASH ALERT: WOMAN INJURED IN REAR-END COLLISION WITH SEMI NEAR BUTLER

BUTLER, MO - A woman was injured yesterday afternoon when her vehicle was rear-ended by a semi truck west of Butler.

According to the official polcie report, a 2005 Kenworth truck ran into the back of a 2015 Ford Escape on MO-52 west, west of I-49. While the vehicle was totaled, its driver received only minor injuries.

She has been identified as 63-year-old Carol Stroud. Stroud was taken to Bates County Memorial for treatment.
